Here's an overview of our secure online shopping
process.

Methods
All Payments
Must Be Made In U.S. Funds.
We accept Visa and Master Card for credit card payments.
Checks must be in U.S. Funds or Money Orders. All credit
card information sent online is processed through our Secure
Server. Orders can be placed directly online or sent via fax
or mail.

How
to Place an Order
Once you have found a product you
would like to order, select the desired options from the
pull-down menus and click the "Add to Cart" button. This
will place the selected item in your "Shopping Cart," which
is displayed at the top of your screen.
You can continue to shop by
viewing other items and adding them to your Shopping Cart.
The Shopping Cart calculator will keep track of the amount
of your total order and show a summary of the merchandise
you've selected. At any time you can change, add to, or
delete your order. If you make any changes to your order,
click the "Recalculate" button, and the amount of your order
will be refigured based on the changes you have made. If you
wish to remove an item from your cart, change the quantity
for that item to 0 and click "Recalculate."
When you are done shopping, click
the "Check Out" button. The "Review and Place Order" page
will provide you with another summary of your order,
complete with your product choices, quantities, prices, and
the total amount of your order.
If you change any options on the
Order Form, you must press "Recalculate" before submitting
your order.
Michigan
residents are subject to a 6 percent sales tax on all orders
and must select the "Michigan Residents Only-Check for
Delivery in Michigan" box and then "Recalculate" to add
sales tax to the order. Failure to do so will result in an
incorrect total.
When you are satisfied with your
order, click the "Process Order" button and complete the
necessary information.
Click "Submit" to send your order
to The Honduras Coffee Company. If you submit your order,
you will be transferred to our secure server for your credit
card number. The server encrypts information, keeping it
private, protected, and safe to transmit over the
Internet.
Once your order is received and
processed, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation of your
order that will advise you of your order status. This
confirmation will include an order number. We recommend that
you print out your confirmation as a record of the order you
submitted. Keep your order number handy as it will be
helpful in the event you need to track any portion of your
order.

Shipping
& Handling Charges
We ship via the United States
Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Special express
postage is available upon request and subject to additional
fees. Please allow 1 week for your order to be shipped.
Shipping and handling is based on
the dollar amount ordered. This amount is inserted in the
"Shipping & Handling" window.

Returns and
Exchanges
Simply call our toll-free number
(877-HONDURAS) and we'll give you a return authorization
number. Send merchandise via the United States Postal
Service to The Honduras Coffee Company, PO Box 5349, Traverse City MI 49696-5349. Items
returned will be refunded in full less shipping and
handling.
